best Websites to build a professional Website?

Hi guys… i m new in Web designing… and i dont have money to build up a website.
I tried couple of websites by which i can build free websites but they r not providing gud options and services and not even looking professional. I want to build a website for free downloading.
Please tell me some gud websites to make a gud website for free.

“Professional” does not rhyme with “Free” (nor with beginners).
A good server does not cost more than 100$/year, some even less, including the domain. Any kid can afford that with his pocket money, so can you!
A “pro” does not use, either, a “Website Builder tool” (like Dreamweaver): he writes his own code.
